Wenke, Chair of the GET2026 Executive Committee and Director New Energies and Business Development at Neptune Energy Innovations, explains why Germany offers such a strong setting for GET2026 and why the next 10 to 15 years will be crucial for turning energy transition opportunities into reality.
GET2026 will also include a field trip to Project ALE, one of Germany’s leading projects for domestic lithium production and the subsurface energy transition. The visit will focus on the Project Altmark Litium Extraction, ALE, in the Altmark region of Saxony-Anhalt.
