First Break: leader in the field
First Break is the leading publication in Europe serving the geoscience and engineering community. While the main emphasis is on the oil and gas E&P industry, reflecting the membership of the EAGE, the magazine also includes coverage of important related areas. As a result First Break has a circulation that extends well beyond the membership of the EAGE and is read worldwide as an authoritative source of relevant news, features, analysis and accessible technical information. Since 1983, First Break has been the publication of choice for many decision-makers and specifiers in geoscience-related organisations, and is considered an ideal advertising medium to reach a focused audience in Europe and further afield.

Special topic: Every month First Break features a Special Topic highlighting one of the chief areas of interest and activity for the geoscience and engineering community.
