New seismic datasets covering key subsurface horizons from the Permian to the Cenozoic are now publicly available on the GEODE platform. This release is the result of the ConSeiL (CONsolidation of SEIsmic Legacy interpretations) project, a collaborative effort between Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) and TNO Geologische Dienst Nederland (TNO-GDN).
The project merged seismic interpretations from numerous studies across the Netherlands into a single, quality-controlled dataset. Deliverables include a Petrel project and point datasets. By making these legacy interpretations publicly accessible, the initiative aims to support a shared understanding of the Dutch subsurface and facilitate future exploration, subsurface storage, and energy-transition projects.
