Seabird Exploration has been awarded an OBN source contract in the North Sea with mobilization in July. The company will use the vessel Eagle Explorer, which will then sail to South America for another source job that has been delayed until the fourth quarter as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, the company has decided to sell the vessel Harrier Explorer for recycling. The sale is expected to be completed in early Q3 and will have a small positive cash effect, said Seabird.
Finally, the company has completed the refinancing of the SBX04 bond loan with a bank mortgage facility.
