The government of Cameroon has launched an Open International Invitation to Tender (AOIO) to select a company to carry out a four-month feasibility study for a 3D seismic acquisition of the onshore Douala/Kribi-Campo basin. Bids were due to be submitted by 6 March 2020.
The survey to be commissioned by Cameroon’s National Hydrocarbons Corporation (SNH) will provide seismic data on nine blocks, which are being promoted by the SNH. They are: Ndian River, Bolongo Exploration and Bakassi in the Rio Del Rey basin (RDR); and Etinde Exploration, Ntem, Elombo, Tilapia, Bomono and Kombe-N’sepe in the highly prospective Doula/Kribi Campo basin (DKC).
