A total of 18 new blocks are on offer in the Timor-Leste second licensing round, with 7 new blocks in the onshore area (Blocks A to G) and 11 new blocks in the offshore area (Blocks H-R).
Royal Dutch Shell has agreed to sell its interests in the Permian Basin in the US to ConocoPhillips for $9.5 billion in cash.
